I was helping a friend find a dress. We found the right one here. There are no questions about the dress and the quality of the tailoring. Organization and communication are a silent horror. The dress was severely delayed, and they didn't even apologize. They just said it was high season. That is, they don't regulate their workload, they take orders and then they get out. Keep in mind. When the bride began to write about her readiness, they began to ask clarifying questions about the length (although this had been agreed in advance) Obviously, the records from the first fitting were simply lost. That's how we realized that the dress had been waiting for a month — it hadn't even been touched. The dress was not trimmed enough for the first fitting. At the fitting, they tried to shift the blame for this onto the bride: they say she incorrectly indicated the length of the heel. They even measured it. They saw that they had cut the dress incorrectly themselves, and again there were zero apologies. There was no receipt, no certificate, or any documents confirming the payment. The contract is drawn up in such a way that you owe everything, but they don't really bear responsibility to you. If your dream dress is here, read the papers carefully and monitor every step. We have never been openly rude, the dress is in order and received before the wedding. But the bride almost went crazy.
