Why is a big question for me, and it's not clear what the problem is right away. Then they call back at any time, and if you miss a call, you need to keep in mind that you were never recorded and write to them again. With such a recording system, you have to take a call just so that you are finally recorded at an inconvenient time and inconvenient places to talk to them. It's unrealistic to get through yourself - you listen to the answering machine, press the right buttons on the menu and listen to the beeps - no one picks up the phone.
