I HIGHLY do not recommend an avatar for a birthday celebration if you do not want to spoil your child's holiday.
We celebrated our birthday on 02/11/2024 in the Winter World avatar. I booked about three weeks through the website, the mega star package, made an advance payment of 10,000tenge. The next day, I contacted the manager, chose a cake / animator / quests. The day before the event, I dropped off the pre-order for food / drinks, I was confirmed that the order was accepted, and now the day comes at 12-00, I'm in the avatar, adventures begin immediately at the entrance.
The manager does not see my prepayment. They ask you to find a receipt in the payment history. There are 4 children hanging on me with all their winter clothes. I'm looking for a receipt, I find it, my receipt is photographed, and they tell me that the prepayment nevertheless cannot be taken into account, I need to pay in full, and the prepayment will be returned within a day. I'm crying, we're coming in.
At the booth, the administrator asks you to choose an animator and quests. I say, I've already chosen, ok, I'm relaying my choice. At 13:00, food is brought from the pre-order, while for some reason only 2 lemonades out of 5 ordered are brought. For an hour, I couldn't get an extra one to be brought.water and all drinks on pre-order.
13-30, the animator comes and asks me again what quests are needed. After the animation program, they say that at 15:00 there will be a greeting at the stage, with a cake and candles, you need to gather the children. I'm gathering the children, and then it turns out that they FORGOT to ORDER our CAKE… Besides, no one tells me about it right away, I run around the playground in an attempt to find at least someone and understand what's going on, why they don't congratulate my child. After an hour of tossing, they tell me that the cake is on its way and congratulations will be at 16-30. By that time, half of the children had already been taken away by their parents, without waiting for the cake, since the holiday was originally planned until 16-00, the other half of the children were pretty tired, and the birthday girl was finally upset and burst into tears.
At 16-30, the child was still congratulated, the waiter said that he would cut the cake himself, prepare everything. In the end what? Of course, an uncut cake is brought into our booth. There is no waiter, the children are banging spoons.
It's time to leave, there is no waiter, there is no administrator, I hardly found someone to pay for the kitchen. I'm trying to figure out when my 10,000tenge prepayment will be returned to me. They say everything will be fine today, once again taking pictures of the receipt from my phone.
The next day there is no money, no one calls. I call the manager myself, she says, it's not for me, it's for the manager who took the order. I take the number and call. The answer was, "I was supposed to do this today, but I didn't have time. Send THE CHECK." I'm throwing it off. Silence.
