We made a reservation of 10,000 tenge. the receipt was not given that the reservation was made. The guests were called at 16.00. On the morning of the holiday, a message arrives, the reservation is at 17.00, and there is no prepayment. Somehow we figured out that 10,000 tenge was deposited. We arrived at 16.00, launched all the guests at 16.40. The hot was covered by 17.15. My child (the birthday girl) slipped on the laminate floor and cut her chin. They asked to bring peroxide, cotton wool with a plaster, the staff did not have an Avatar.They wanted to call an ambulance.I immediately found peroxide and a bandage. The plaster was given by a visitor. Did we treat the wound ourselves, is there no medical worker in this center? What about child safety? It is probably worth writing to the relevant authorities!!!!! Next, when will the show program be ordered?The admin does not know Aidan.An animator came up to us and asked which character we had chosen? Although it was agreed upon during the pre-order. Elsa was chosen from a cold heart! At 18.30, they called us on stage.
