I ordered a birthday for the children. 2 children. We booked the room initially at 17.00 by phone. On the morning of the holiday, a message arrives, the reservation is at 17.00, and there is no prepayment. Somehow we figured out that 10,000 tenge was deposited. We arrived at 16.00, launched all the guests at 16.40. The hot was covered by 17.15. My child (the birthday girl) slipped on the laminate floor and cut her chin. They asked to bring peroxide, cotton wool with a plaster, the staff did not have an Avatar.They wanted to call an ambulance.I immediately found peroxide and a bandage.
