Of course, it happens that the waiters are busy, because you will have to wait for a lot of orders if there are a lot of people. Of course, they're great in the kitchen, everything is delicious. 3) Baby zone. I would like to see a little improvement, there is not enough entertainment for small children. 4) The main area. Great. They remove the balls if they are lying around. They respond in a timely manner to any moments that are important for children. 5) Staff. Attentive and polite. Young, energetic. 6) Toilets and cleanliness. The staff is great, even at maximum load, they try to keep everything clean. Tateshki cleans and sweeps everything during the day very pleasantly. 7) I really liked the organized meetings of the guests and the reception area. Everything here and everything works as one mechanism. The pace is frantic. We spent 9 hours there this time and didn't notice how time flew by, but the children are happy. It's a very nice place, and I bring my kids here all the time. They really like it here — there are so many things: mazes, slides, trampolines, there are places to run and jump. And for parents, recreation areas are made, you can sit, drink coffee and watch the children at the same time. We also celebrate children's birthdays here. It's not the first time, and everything is always on the level. The animators are excellent, they play with children, hold contests, and master classes. The children are absolutely delighted, then we go home happy and tired. The kitchen is fine, you can order and eat without leaving the center. The portions are good, the pizza is delicious. The staff is friendly, they will explain everything, prompt you.

We were with my son at the Avatariya children's center — a huge, bright and very fun place! There are separate areas for kids: pools with balls, sandboxes. For older children there is an extreme zone, various slides, large pools with balls and much more. Animators hold contests and dances all day, creating an atmosphere of celebration and fun. Clean, cozy, the menu is thought out taking into account the tastes of children. My son is absolutely delighted — we will definitely come back again!

Don't set foot in here of your own free will. We celebrated my son's birthday. Everything was ordered in advance. But in fact, nothing was ready. Neither the decoration of the room in the football style (which was promised to be done the night before, but was done in front of us), nor the food. Something stirred only after several skirmishes with the waiters and the administration. The result is a spoiled mood, constant monitoring, and the result is a weak three. The additional design did not match the photos in the catalog - they were redone while the children were completing the quests. Pilaf with overcooked meat. All with heavy latency and very unobtrusive service. Shortage of dishes. Clean cups were brought, but then they came running and took them to other booths. In general, it's a conveyor belt where everyone understands that as a banquet customer, you're here for the first and last time, which means you don't have to worry about the word at all. To be fair, the animators are great, they find a common language with the children, involve them in activities. Other advantages include a large territory and a wide range of attractions and activities. But the downside is a lot of people, a lot. And the location feature, of course. With all this, the children were satisfied - they ran around, played enough. But it's still a challenge for adults.

Surprisingly, the cuisine is delicious, which is usually the weak point of establishments of this format. Prices don't bite... For the convenience of holidays, there are VIP cabins, and there are no seats in an outdoor cafe at all)) the animators don't rest at all) they do a straight DR afterwards, and that's on a weekday. By the way, there are enough staff in the halls, which is encouraging. We will definitely come back, but for our own holiday.

There are no complaints about them: they are professional, polite, know their job, and tried their best. The administration is terrible. I waited 1 HOUR just to pick up the mug from the wardrobe. This is unacceptable. The kitchen was disappointing. The pizza is tasteless, the food quality is poor, and expectations have not been fully met. There is no service in general.
