I had no luck with sewing dresses in this salon at all. From the first fitting of the Beatrice dress frame, it did not fit at all in the neckline area, the cups of the dress were significantly larger than my parameters + out of place. Oksana, a fashion designer, worked with me and there was only one answer to all the comments about the dress, "It can't be done." That's the beauty of custom tailoring. After long conflicts that had already escalated into something unhealthy, and a dismissive attitude on the part of the fashion designer, the director was involved in this situation. At the general fitting, everyone just tried to convince me that everything was fine with the dress, and only one girl (she also gave me my dress as a result), whispering behind my back, admitted that something was really wrong with it. After that, the designer agreed with all the "shoals" and convinced us that she would fix everything. And instead of 2-3 fittings, I had 6 of them. They gave it to me a couple of days earlier, they really wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible. My last comments were ignored (and as luck would have it, one of the "from" in the cleavage area), although I voiced them not for the first time and before the final fitting. They just said, "We don't want to redo this because it needs to be completely disassembled and we're afraid that by fixing the flaws we might ruin something else." As a result, the dress is not perfect, although you would expect a better result for 2200 rubles. And be careful with their contract. It is very tricky to slip a "certificate of work done" for signature even before you have been measured for this very tailoring. This is my carelessness, but maybe this information will save another girl.

The fitting went great! She was a very pleasant consultant, surrounded by care and attention, offered options based on my taste and which models might suit me. The salon itself is very beautiful, with natural light, and a huge, beautiful floor-length mirror, near which you can spin and parade to fully experience yourself in a dress.
