Upon clarification of the circumstances, Valeria denied her incompetence. The proof of the administrator's error was a video recording from the fitting on which the dialogue was recorded. The management, as an apology for the current situation, offered to purchase a sample from the salon. Employees at the production site suggested replacing organza with chiffon / sewing a dress from our materials. Of course, the appearance of the product would have changed significantly, but people were trying to correct someone else's mistake. Thanks! Valeria did not apologize! The result: loss of time / change of dress / change of event concept / change of textiles by decorators.
