I told him that I would like to watch the video from the surveillance camera to make sure that they forgot it there, and if someone took it, then find this person. He left with a haughty expression on his face, and returned with a senior day shift security officer named Zhanat (that's how the administrator addressed him). He walked and showed with all his face and actions complete indifference to this situation, he held something like a corrector in his hands, this is to the fact that he came and began to do his own thing. And I ask them if they will show me the camera or not, to which the answer of the “senior” was “I need to keep an eye on my things.” In that case, I said I'd call the police. To which he coolly replied, let them (the police) bring some kind of document (I forgot the name). As you can see, the people who protect us and are responsible for our safety have no empathy and responsiveness to people. Then I went to the SB office, there were a man and a woman sitting there, who also did not want to go into details and help, but shifted responsibility to the day shift, saying that they were responsible for the night shift. Then I went up to the administration. It was a quest. The way to the administrator's office was blocked, I barely got there. I went into the office, the administrator, who also did not differ from her staff in courtesy, asked me how I got to her at all (you see, there are New Year's toys, etc.) and why I came to her. I explained the situation to her, she called the “senior” (he was already watching the recording at that time). On the phone, he was indignant that I should address him normally first. If he had asked me normally, and had shown a desire to solve my problem, I would have addressed him “normally". The receptionist and I went down. 4-5 SB officers were standing at the bottom, gathered in a bunch. There are so many of them, but they are of no use. We went to the Security Council office, where the “senior” with representatives of the night shift watched the recording and took pictures on the phone. As a result, one woman took the package. When I asked him to rewind to make sure that it was our package, he once again reproachfully emphasized that my mother had forgotten the package. He refused to send me the video, I had to call the police. I called my mom, she said no, “sadaka.” Then they started saying that they have enough people like me for a shift, they don't play games. The only thing I wanted from them was sympathy and a desire to resolve the request that they received, to contact the representatives of the security service. How was I supposed to “normally” ask for it, beg them, or what, who do they think they are? Judging by the comments, the security of this shopping center has always been like this and the management does not want to solve this problem. I am writing this not to shit on someone, etc., but with the desire to convey that we are all human beings, that everyone should do their job efficiently, that our world is based on humanity, and we must help each other. For this, I am offended that people are so rotten inside, no empathy, only indifference and arrogance. P.S.: I explain for those who do not understand why there is so much noise around a bag of kurt. My parents are going on a long trip to visit my sister abroad tomorrow. Kurt is a gift. A homemade kurt, as you know, is not cheap. And last, do not take someone else's, not today, so tomorrow it will all come out sideways for you.
