Hello, The hotel's location was excellent, with a stunning view of the river, perfect for an evening stroll. Upon our arrival, the receptionist asked for an additional fee even though I had already paid it. Her behavior was highly unprofessional. We didn't have any change, so we told her we would pay later. I had booked four rooms. The rooms were spacious and very clean, but the air conditioning was broken in two of them. We repeatedly asked for it to be fixed, but each time we went to the reception, the same receptionist met us, and she became increasingly rude and abusive. She even threatened to have us jailed if we didn't pay the additional fee. I was shocked that the hotel owner would allow such behavior. She explicitly told us that if we didn't pay the fee, the AC wouldn't be repaired. We eventually paid the fee, which we had no intention of avoiding, but she continued to delay the AC repair. We then requested to speak with the hotel manager, who was extremely kind and helpful. After four nights, the AC was finally fixed. In fact, all the other staff members were excellent, with the exception of one rude receptionist who thought she could treat guests however she pleased. Ultimately, this behavior will negatively impact the hotel owner and lead to the loss of many guests. If the owner wants to rectify this situation and improve the hotel's reputation, they should immediately fire this employee, as she is driving guests away.

Расположение удобное. Развита транспортная инфраструктура. Остановка общественного транспорта рядом. Яндекс-такси работает безотказно. В отеле тихо, спокойно, уютно, безопасно. Проживали в номере-студии - чисто, есть все необходимое. Персонал внимательный, вежливый. Все вопросы решает быстро. На первом этаже хороший ресторан. Рядом большой торговый центр, что тоже удобно. Считаю, что цена за проживание соответствует предоставленным услугам. Советую!
