Excellent location of the hotel, wonderful view, beautiful and well-maintained territory.
The rooms are clean and really comfortable. The renovation of the rooms is stylish and thoughtful. Daily cleaning and towel change.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We are especially grateful for the recommendations of places to visit. Thanks to the prompting of the guys in the restaurant, we had a great pleasure from walking to the Bridal Veil waterfall and further to the border with Kyrgyzstan)).
Decent food in the restaurant. The pilaf from the chef is delicious!
We spent 4 nights out of season, and even in the middle of the week, and I realized that this was the best solution to enjoy the peace, quiet, beauty and comfort!
I definitely recommend it!

A cozy place if you want silence, and an adequate contingent. The cuisine is not bad, the breakfasts are pleasant. Karaoke echoes of the USSR, but the sound is wonderful, they sang from the bottom of their hearts, due to the fact that the hotel is not super huge and the number of people is adequate. You don't have to wait long for the microphone. Just like there are no crowds for breakfast, which provides an opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is an opportunity to go down to the reservoir. I'll take a fishing rod with me next time. I hope we helped you with a modest review.

Great hotel. We were with my wife in March 03-05.03.2025 (off-season).
The first thing I liked was the location of the hotel and the view from the balcony. We had a room with a view of the Charvak reservoir, Brichmulla and the mountains. Waking up and seeing mountains at dawn is priceless.
There are rooms with windows facing the other side, to the garden.
The same view from the restaurant on the third floor and, in principle, from many points of the hotel territory.
We lived in the main building, but there are also several cottages, a sports ground and a summer pool on the territory.
By taxi from the hotel it takes 15 minutes to the cable car in Chimgan and 25-30 minutes to Amersai. Brichmulla, Charvak, and Khojikent are also within a half-hour taxi ride. Phones of local taxi drivers can be taken at the reception. Yandex.Taxi turned out to be useless, there were no cars nearby.
The room was clean, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable, not stiff. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, safe, air conditioning (with the possibility of warming up), wi-fi, all necessary small things such as shower gels and slippers. The plumbing and shower are new, everything is working fine. In general, the room fully corresponded to the description and photos, without surprises. There is a heated floor in the bathroom, which is relevant in March.
I was also pleased with the good temperature and hot water pressure.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and everyone speaks Russian well.
I especially want to note that my wife and I were the only (off-season) guests of the hotel for two days, but at the same time, all the staff, reception, restaurant, everything worked clearly, as for a full hotel.
The breakfast is not a buffet, but a complex one: scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, cottage cheese, sliced cheese and sausage, pancakes and a bunch of all sorts of little things like jam, sour cream, chocolate paste, raisins, olives, etc. Everything is delicious, you will not go hungry. Both days the breakfasts were the same, but here, perhaps, it is necessary to make a discount for the off-season.
Overall, I really liked the hotel. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay + a wonderful view of the Charvak reservoir and the mountains. 10 points.

A wonderful place to relax with your family!!! The service is top notch! A very nice spa area - a Finnish sauna and a winter pool. In summer, children like to swim in the summer pool, animation. Nice hotel with beautiful grounds. Two outdoor pools with a "water" bar. There is a playground for playing football. In addition to the number of rooms, there are cottages. The cottages have 2 bedrooms and a sofa in the living room (5 people can sleep).
And what a beautiful terrace in the restaurant for breakfast or dinner with a view of Charvak is a fairy tale.

A beautiful, quiet place! The scenery around is mesmerizing, there is an indoor swimming pool and three outdoor ones. We had a house with a terrace, overlooking the reservoir and the mountains - just a miracle! And what a kitchen, you can lick your fingers. You can cook by yourself, but in the restaurant on the base everything is very tasty and not expensive. I just heartily recommend it!

The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel. This is overkill, of course, but in general it is normal for 3.
In order:
The location is excellent, the first line from the reservoir, its own access to the water. But you need to go down the hill, then go back up. It's quiet, sparsely populated, and there's a road nearby. If you walk along the shore to the right, 200 meters away, there is a summer recreation area, you can probably rent a cot, but we were in winter, so everything was closed. There is a waterfall, which is very interesting both in winter and in summer. You can walk along the shore of the reservoir. There are no shops or cafes nearby. Therefore, the advice is: take everything you drink and eat before check-in - wine, juices, water, snacks, food. On site, you can buy something at the restaurant at the appropriate price. You can order a taxi, but it is not always available, after all, it is a remote place. At the time of our stay, a taxi cost 60,000 soums to barrels (a village with a civilization).
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The guys from the restaurant are great, they're trying their best. There is a fix in the restaurant - 20% for the service, but it's not a pity :)) they work well. The only thing is cleaning. We were there for two days, I had to go and ask them to change the trash cans, towels, and water (they brought one bottle :)), although there were two of us, I had to tell them about it). In general, there are issues with cleaning. And since the hotel costs 10 thousand rubles per day, this service looks strange. But I somehow overlook this moment, probably a local feature.
Rooms: small, comfortable for two and only for a short stay! Staying in a 15 sq.m room for more than two days is uncomfortable. There is no table, no chairs. It's all on the balcony, by the way, everything was dirty, apparently they don't clean it. There's no table or chairs inside, but there's no room for that. In winter, where would you like to sit in a room? The bathroom is modern, with good plumbing. The water is always hot. All accessories are in place. The towels are not white, but gray from poor washing. This is a minus. The sound insulation is poor. There is a balcony with a good view of the lake, but probably not everyone is lucky, so book a room with a good view in advance.
Breakfast: buffet. Everything is there, hot dishes, slicing, tea, fruits, vegetables, etc. the choice is sufficient. Of course, there is no normal coffee :)) but this is a common thing for hotels. Drink tea :))
Restaurant: good for the place. I've read reviews that say the prices are high. I disagree. Here, a priori, it cannot be cheap like in a cafe in the center of civilization. Salads 25-35 thousand soums, hot 50-100 thousand soums, soups 25-45 thousand soums, wine from 95 thousand soums per bottle. It's for the local, but it's terrible :)) everything foreign is expensive, starting from 300 thousand soums. I advise you to drink tea :))) The coffee is terrible too, from the machine. The service is excellent! The portions are good! All the dishes were delicious.

My friends and I really like the hotel. The hotel is very cozy, the service is good, the staff is attentive. A decent place to relax, but not without disadvantages. Probably with the best view of Charvak! Everything is fine in the rooms: fresh renovation, excellent mattresses, appliances, air conditioning, high-quality linen and towels. The restaurant has good service, helpful waiters, a delicious and varied breakfast, but for some reason grain coffee is available for an additional fee (although instant coffee is not offered anywhere else at this level of hotels) . The use of the swimming pool and saunas is also not included in the room rate, which is also strange for such a room rate.

The room has towels, disposable white slippers, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, toothbrushes and paste, a piece of soap, very small, so it's better to take soap with you for bathing. They give 0.33 liters of water without gas per 1 person per day. Wi-Fi is excellent, the Internet does not slow down.
Excellent breakfast. Buffet, lots of food, pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelette, sausages, dried fruits, olives, pizza, cottage cheese, jelly, tea, different types of bread. Food is unlimited, eat as much as you want. Lunch and dinner at 165 thousand for 1 serving. The portions are small, so it's cheaper to go to the barrel and have a snack there. Alcohol can be brought with you, most of them do just that.
Towels are provided near the pool for drying, so you do not need to drag a towel out of the room. There is a free mini water park for children, but the water is cold, so the kids don't really rush to this playground, but the small pool for kids is very warm. There are two huge swimming pools for adults. A karaoke club, an ordinary hall with a stage and tables for visitors.
Check-out before 12.00. check-in from 14.00. The territory is small, there are cottages and a large conference room for meetings. Swimming in Charvak will not work, it takes too long to walk down to the water, there are no paths, you will have to jump over steep slopes, it is safer to take a car to some nearby beach.

I was in winter, I haven't been in summer yet.
We rented a cottage for 4 people, a very convenient location with a gorgeous view.
Wi-Fi is free, a smart TV is worth it.
The sauna is good, the beer is delicious, an indoor pool with warm water and a Jacuzzi.
The restaurant deserves special attention, dishes are brought very quickly and this does not affect the quality of the dishes in any way!everything is at the highest level.

Of the cons: cleaning the bathroom upon arrival was for 4 minutes. The restaurant is expensive for Uzbekistan. One of the most expensive during our entire trip. The place is beautiful, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the Charvak reservoir, but this is probably the only plus. Otherwise, the service is very weak. I won't say that the room is perfectly clean, average. The walls in the hotel are probably thin, because the neighbors' audibility is very good. Also in the corridor, even footsteps can be heard, I'm already silent about how people pass by and their conversations can be heard, as if they are standing next to each other and talking.
As a result, we moved to the cottage and of course it's quieter there, but there are no neighbors there to understand how much quieter it is. But the view from the cottage terrace is amazing.
Breakfasts are weak at all.

I've read other reviews on Avenue Park where they have flaws. However, there is still no better place, more convenient, and, as a result, cheaper in the mountains. For June 2023, 2 beds standard 1,400 thousand soums per day, cottage 3,500 thousand soums per day (breakfast in the cottage is not included).
Advantages: there is breakfast, other food is very tasty and its price is higher, but not sky-high. That is, you can have dinner in peace. Safely. The guards do not count flies, but all the time they go around the territory, pools, cars guard, stand at the entrance. There are no leftist people. You won't even want to start conflicts there. Family vacations, maybe groups of friends or girlfriends. Occasionally, but there are still a couple.
There are 2 swimming pools and a couple of children's paddling pools on site. One pool with a bar, with places to drink, have a snack, with children's pools. The other one is flowing, with colder water, more aimed at bathing, but there is also a bar. Toilets, showers, sun beds are enough. The hotel is not overcrowded. You won't feel cramped.
The rooms are small, but with a good shower and there is a balcony. It's cool to sleep. There are no mosquitoes or flies. If someone is making noise or a child is crying, then it is clearly audible, but this is how people behave quietly. I sleep well there. The weather is much cooler than in Tashkent.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, in a VIP room. The renovation is fresh (the room is one-room, the only one without a balcony, the other two-room VIP was more tired). The room was comfortable, not crowded. I was pleased with the large bathroom. Beautiful view of the mountains and the reservoir from the window.
Unfortunately, there is every reason to suspect that the maids, if possible, steal from the rooms during cleaning, in small amounts so as not to get burned. 800 thousand sums were stolen from us in several visits. We recorded all expenses, because the amount is known for sure, as well as the fact that we did not spend it somewhere else.
The purse bag was left unattended in the room only during breakfast, when cleaning takes place. Therefore, I strongly recommend keeping money and other valuables in a safe or with yourself. The administration has been notified by us about this incident, we hope that there will be a reaction on their part.
The breakfasts were not bad, but every day the set of dishes was the same, except for porridge and dessert. It wasn't a problem for us, we always found something to eat.
Lunches and dinners on the menu, with prices above average, plus 20% for service. The choice is normal, the food tastes good too. You can order in the room, but the service will be more expensive.
In May, the water in the summer pool is quite cool, but you can swim. The sun beds are in good condition, towels can be taken by yourself at the pool area. It is possible to order drinks and food.
The hotel can help arrange a transfer, and the driver can also take you to the sights on request.
In general, a vacation in Avenue Park would have been good if not for the theft of money, which marred the impression of the trip.

21.02 I called to find out in general information about the cottage and the pool, and how to pay. They said that half of the cost was transferred to the card. Ok.
22.02 I already called to book and make a transfer, then suddenly they said that an advance payment was not needed, everything was booked. Ok. I was stupid too, I should have asked for at least some kind of confirmation of the reservation, for example, an SMS...I didn't guess.
04/03/2024 I'm calling to clarify if everything is in force and if our reservation is available. They tell me that there is no reservation in my name! and there are empty seats too... I am listed in their database by name and mobile number, but I have never visited their hotel...It is a pity that such a situation has occurred.

The place is beautiful, the view of the mountains and the reservoir is amazing, the fresh air, well, unfortunately, I can't mention this hotel in any way..The rooms are shabby, the menu is unremarkable + the price tag is quite high. There is nowhere to walk on the territory, there is also really no entertainment except for the pool and sauna, the boredom is complete. In addition to everything, they forgot the wireless headphones of the airpods in the room during check-out, when they realized after a couple of hours they called the reception, they replied that the maids did not find anything, although they 100% stayed there.

One of the most successful resorts in the mountains.
Positive: It's just an awesome area with lots of fruit trees, flowers, lawns. Two large outdoor pools with bars and the possibility to order food. There is an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. You can also book a Russian sauna with an individual pool for an additional fee.
The view of charvak is, of course, one of their main features, so for those who care about the instagram, go here)
The rooms in the hotel are already tired and need to be updated. But you don't come out of town to wallow in rooms)
There are 6 cottages. Each cottage has two bedrooms, a large hall, a kitchen and a terrace overlooking the blue water of Charvak. There is a cauldron and a barbecue near each cottage.
