The seller looked at the document for a long time and carefully, after which she began to leaf through it, as if hoping to find something interesting. There was complete silence on my explanation of the purpose of the document. Then she took him to the office, and I didn't get an answer to the question "where are you taking my document?" either, which caused some confusion. Of course, I received the document and the beer, but the sediment remained. I am sad to see how incompetent and illiterate employees who do not have basic knowledge of documents create unnecessary difficulties for clients. The store certainly needs to brief the staff so that such situations do not happen again.
