Support Service Trip.com The place where I bought tickets doesn't work either. UIA delays the flight for 40 minutes for no reason and without explanation. The steward does not know what time we will arrive, he does not even know if the "sleeve" will be served or if there will be a bus. One thing is unclear: why sell such a complicated ticket with a minimum time for docking (it was only an hour and since the plane was 40 minutes late, we had only 20 minutes left before departure and an unfamiliar huge airport, also different arrival and departure terminals) to inconvenience passengers.
