A very old building without renovation. This is not what a hospital should look like. The receptionist can't really say anything, but the doctors are good.

I call a doctor or a mobile team at home twice. They record information ...We've been waiting all day....and no one comes. I would like to know what criteria are used to select patients for home visits? Why does the institution, receiving regular deductions from patients, not fulfill its obligations?
