A wonderful hotel within walking distance of the old town and attractions. Nearby cafes and restaurants, 2 spar shops. We greeted them like family with wine and breakfast. A room with its own large terrace and river view. On the shared terrace, it is also very pleasant to drink coffee in the morning and look at the city. Clean, delicious, we'll be back!

My favorite hotel in Tbilisi! Here you are greeted from the heart, you feel at home, beautiful landscapes from the terrace, delicious food, comfortable, clean rooms, near the city center, Rike Park, Peace Bridge, Tsminda Sameba Temple, 10 min walk to all this.. I come here every year! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

A wonderful place with a very friendly staff and an excellent level of service. I really liked that everything was neatly and very nicely done. I advise you, if you come to Georgia, be sure to come here. I was also very pleased with the location (right in the center and near the historical center)

We rested at the beginning of June 2023. Friendly hosts Irakli and Lana. Thank them very much for the cleanliness, for the service, for the beautiful location. All the sights are at a glance. Breakfast on the terrace is great! GEL 80 per day. The apartment is located on the 9th floor. Everything is nearby and shops, excursions...

What is Georgia associated with? Of course, Georgian wine, cuisine and, of course, hospitality. This small hotel has everything. The location and the view from the window with the possibility of access to the terrace are especially impressive. The metro is a few minutes away on foot, and you can also walk to the old town and slowly explore the sights. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. Many thanks to the hotel owner and all the staff who make your stay in Tbilisi really comfortable.

A cozy hotel with a beautiful view from the highway. It is located on the 9th floor of a new residential building in the Avlabari area. Delicious breakfasts are served in the morning - vegetable salad, fresh tomatoes, homemade cheese, and even Imeretian khachapuri every other day! It is very cozy and sincere. Nearby is the largest cathedral in the city, the picturesque Armenian district, fruit market, shops, banks and everything you may need. I recommend it)
