Awful hotel. The reception was extremely rude. She didn't even try to resolve our problem. She was calling us dear, but it's very unprofessional, and instead of helping, she cut the call. Don't go here. They are scams and refuse to return the money.

I was in this hotel from 01/13/25 to 01/17.25. A decent hotel, although the rooms on the 2nd floor look "tired". Excellent full-fledged breakfasts. The pool is indoor, the water is warm +24°C, and there is a sandy beach not far from the hotel. The water is + 20C °, I swam on January 15th. The hotel has an entertainment program every evening. Jazz, vocals, shows. I had a chance to watch a fire show. It's fantastic!

Nice hotel. The rooms are tired, but large and clean. Cleaning every day. The food is delicious, quite varied. Very friendly staff at the reception, especially Ekaterina. We did not use the pool, we swam in the sea. I liked going to the nearest beach, a good entrance and breakwaters turned out to be right in the theme when it was stormy.
