Expectation / reality 🤦♀️. And the service is just incredible - they tried to prove to us that the rolls are like that simply because they will soon change the menu and cook like that, and in general the senior chef told them to do so. They didn't put the chopsticks down. They were delivered later than the stated 1.5 hours . About cold pizza (apparently they don't know about thermos bags) with mushrooms that we asked not to add, I'm generally silent. The administrator does not pick up the phone while answering in Viber, and when they get through, he hangs up in response to a request to pick up the order and refund the money. As a result, we insisted that the order be picked up and the money returned. Friday night is ruined. You guys have hit the bottom.
