I am extremely disappointed with the service of this salon. I had a pre-appointment for an eyebrow and eyelash procedure. The day before the visit, I received a confirmation message. Because I was busy, I couldn't answer right away. As a result, without my consent and without a second attempt at communication, the recording was simply canceled, explaining that I “did not confirm it within 8 hours.” I want to emphasize that there is no clause in the rules of any self—respecting salon that the lack of a quick response is an automatic cancellation of the recording. Especially if we are talking about a recording made in advance. The message arrived in the afternoon, and the recording was filmed the same evening. This is not “waiting all day”, as they try to submit, but simply an unwillingness to adapt to the client. Besides, the tone of communication is as if I have to account for why I didn't respond in 2-3 hours. No, you shouldn't. Clients are not subordinates. Now they offer me an appointment only after a week, as if this is normal. The level of customer orientation is below average. The organization is weak. Responsibility for the schedule is shifted to the client. I do not recommend this salon to those who value their time and rely on a professional approach. With such rules and such an attitude towards people, you lose loyalty even before the client reaches the chair.
