I have been ordering for a long time, not for 1 year, but since last Saturday I have not saved the order through the browser, when I contacted the support service yesterday and did everything according to their advice over and over again, I came to the conclusion that cosmetics and perfumes are good and I was satisfied for more than 1 year, but when I made an order through Euromail, then it became clear about the tgm what kind of service people have and the attitude of the information line service, it's terrible!I asked politely 2 times yesterday and explained that I was doing everything right, but I was thrown out and did not save the order and after contacting me for the 3rd time I was ignored and dropped the call, I explained to this operator Olga that I really want to get to February 14, in general...no one helped me, today I will try for the last time and if I hear the same attitude, then I will not be lazy and when I am in Minsk I will come to you, to my superiors and tell you how everything was, and I will have to find another cosmetics because of this attitude to people, thank you for your attention, I will get enough at least here I will not be ignored
