We stayed at the hotel from May 2-8. The room is not large, but it is more than enough for two people, I want to mention a large comfortable bed and most importantly, there were no questions about the cleanliness of the bed.
The bathroom with shower is also small, but everything is clean. The room itself was clearly cleaned carelessly.
The breakfasts are not great, but everything is fresh and delicious, it was very easy to eat, the kitchen is available 24/7 tea, coffee, juice without restrictions at any time.
The women in the kitchen understand and speak Russian. You can communicate with the others in broken English, they try very hard to explain everything with gestures, and the Google translator helps out.)
In general, all the staff is friendly and polite. The center was reached on foot in half an hour, you can get there by public transport, stops in 5-10 minutes.
There is a view of the sea, but there is something like a prom area and then a seaport.
I took off one star for not having a clean floor, as well as for the lack of cleaning, for all the time we were not offered cleaning even once, but someone came into our room, nothing was missing, but the alarm visited our thoughts for 5 minutes.

We stayed at this hotel from April 2-7. In general, the hotel is not a bad courteous 3-star hotel. The rooms are small. The mattresses are comfortable, but there was a lot of hair. The bathroom is not large and matches the photo of the hotel.
Breakfast is a buffet. It 's a little tight for me . Cheeses, ham, vegetables, omelets or boiled eggs, French fries, sausages . Drinks include coffee, tea and juice. Tea accessories are not provided in the room.
The location is great! Yenikapi metro station is a 3-minute walk away. Aksaray tram stop is 5-7 minutes away. All attractions are within walking distance.

I always stop whenever possible. Friendly Russian-speaking staff at the reception, good breakfast (there is a coffee machine). Convenient location and transport accessibility. Of the disadvantages, the area itself, a cramped elevator, small rooms. (standard).

The hotel is small, but we really liked it. After that, we moved to a 5-star hotel, avrasya was cleaner and better, though simpler.
I usually don't use a taxi in Istanbul, because I know that they can cheat, but here I urgently needed to take a taxi, and the girl at the reception ordered it on her behalf. If we compare it from the point of view (price-quality), then 5+
Of course, there are nuances in location and external noise, but they did not prevent us from having very positive emotions.

I liked the price-quality. I recommend. To the subway, and to the tram nearby, cafes are decent nearby. There are several stations to go to the center, we got there by tram and metro. It is 40 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to Vialand.

Well, obviously not a three-piece. 2 stars and that's a stretch. I didn't even have breakfast, I didn't even feel like it. The room had a hole in the wall to the next room, covered with a bedside table about 20-30 cm in size. I was stunned by such ventilation)))
