Poor organization of the car wash. We made an appointment in advance and arrived at the appointed time. They were also washing another car there, and they asked me to wait. We waited for another half hour. After the car left, another car was launched in front of us, which was not recorded! They suggested that we wait SOME MORE. We asked for a complaint book, but they told us that since Moika is a sole proprietor, they don't have a book either) We will request a check, let them figure out whether there should be a book, and whether it should be given on demand)

It's a disgrace!!! I came to those.inspection, the machine is not new, but it passes by itself, everything is fine, everything works. Without any adequate explanations, they give a map of those inspections to fix a malfunction of the exhaust system, such as a muffler cuts somewhere (where it was not shown).... with the explanation "just come tomorrow", and tomorrow just pay for the second check -in and that's it !!!! It's just a business for gentlemen!!!! The loot is so mowed down!!!!!!!!!!
