I sometimes order spare parts here, a wide selection, you can make an online request, sometimes I picked up the order later than the specified time, everything is fine, thanks to the staff for the fast service.

I periodically contact Avto1 at 16 Vladimirova Street. This is one of the options in Gomel, where you can order the necessary auto parts to order. The main advantage is a really wide range, including some of the less popular parts. They often help out when you need something non-standard for a specific VIN. However, it is worth contacting here with an understanding of the nuances.: 1. The selection of spare parts is not always accurate. Yes, managers work by VIN, but in reality, even with accurate data, they don't always get it the first time. It happened that I had to go back, hand over unsuitable parts and order others. This is especially true if several possible options are being tested on the VIN (which is often the case with suspension, filters, and bodywork). The employees themselves, as a rule, do not offer to order all compatible options at once — you have to clarify and insist on it yourself, so as not to waste time and not travel several times. Therefore, I recommend that you immediately ask for several options if there is a possibility of a discrepancy. 2. Quality control is a risk area. There was a case with a shock absorber that "collapsed" after the first installation. The return turned out to be quite tedious: the part is sent to Minsk for examination, the verification can take up to a month, and all this time the client must control the process himself. There is no tracking system, no notifications, just phone calls and waiting. If the factory defect is confirmed, the money is returned, but until then the situation is in limbo. 3. Communication and customer orientation. If you call at a busy time, they often ask you to call back later instead of just picking up the number and calling the customer back. This is a small thing, but in the context of competition for service— it is a noticeable disadvantage. 4. A discount card is useful, but inconvenient. There are really good discounts on some card items, but you need to remember about it yourself. There are no reminders, the managers do not ask. I had a case when I remembered about the card immediately after payment and asked to punch it, but I was refused: no one returned the check. It would be logical to provide at least a short "window" (5-10 minutes) for the discount to be finalized — this would show flexibility and respect for the customer. Conclusion: The store is quite functional, especially if you know exactly what to order. But in matters of selection, quality and service "in case of problems" you should be especially careful. Check everything yourself, specify the options, monitor the refund process, and remind us about discounts. If you approach interaction with the mind, you can use it. But the ideal service is still far away: there is a lack of automation, flexibility and consistency in working with clients. I hope this will improve over time — Auto1 has potential.
