I don't often write reviews, but I'm incredibly outraged here. I wanted to restore the car insurance in this service, it was highly recommended to me by a colleague. At first, I tried to call them all day (they never called me back during the day), but when they did, the girl said that they needed a calculator and that I should bring the car to them so that they could see if they would take it. I don't really want to drive a car around a service station on a tow truck so that it can be put to work, so I asked them to send them a photo and a calculation so that they would give an answer. But when I sent a set of photos and documents from the insurance company, I received silence in response. Maybe they're doing well, but I'll never know. Either say a clear "no" or hire someone, why leave people in a limbo of waiting and wasting their time.
