I am not satisfied with the service. The car was made for a long time (apparently they switched to another urgent repair), the deadlines were postponed three times, as a result, it stood for a day (according to the hours indicated in the act, it should have been 3 hours). The prices for the work are too high, and they add non-existent jobs and blatantly lie that the work was done. The receipt was given only upon request. The hardworking normal guys did well, albeit for a long time, so two stars.

I didn't like it. I made an appointment in advance, upon arrival they told me where to stop and ... They forgot about me. There was no work at the station, the workers were not busy, but no one came up to me either. After 20 minutes, I went to the order desk to remind myself, and within 5 minutes a locksmith came up. By the way, I looked at what I needed quickly, clearly and made a diagnosis almost without incident. When opening the hood, he missed a little and removed the false radiator grille from the mounting (subsequently it was torn off by the wind flow on the highway). The order was not issued, the receipt was not issued(. Noticing the missing part on the car, I turned to the service station to solve this incident with them somehow - in response, I heard that it was not their fault. That is, they indirectly admit that their actions could have caused the loss of spare parts, but refused to compensate for the damage in any amount. They do not value customers, they do not observe financial discipline. I will not apply anymore.
