During the registration, it turned out that the old owner had a spare car key at the cottage, the representative of the car house took the trouble to pick it up and arranged delivery to my city (and this was all after I bought the car from them). They also charge 60 rubles for registration at the expense of the certificate, although this goes against the law, they do not work under the contract of sale, arguing that between a legal entity and a physical person. The terms "cheap" and "beggarly" were used in the description of the car. The car turned out to be dirty and untidy. I don't mean dry cleaning - real sand. When asked why they did not give the car at least some kind of presentation, they replied that the owner of the car did not want to pay for cleaning, so it remained that way. I've never seen such a dirty salon. I asked - aren't you interested in selling? She's dirty, how can she be properly assessed - they said not fate, not my car. I asked what the commission was for. The answer is that they are like that. Sarcasm and irony. In general, I do not recommend anyone to contact this company, at least with such managers. The attitude is disgusting. The owner was very unlucky with the employee.
