I want to write a positive review on the employees of Slavinsky's office! On December 3, I was traveling in trolleybus No. 35 with four bags, and I forgot one bag when I left. The driver of trolleybus 35, Denis Petrovich, handed it over to dispatcher Irina Nevedomskaya, from whom I took my bag the next day. I also want to mention the work of the dispatcher of the hotline #3759950 Elena, she does not belong to the Slavinsky DS, but I do not know where to write about her, I am writing here. The toilet at the station itself is permanently closed. You need to go to a toll booth on the street. In 2025, it seems, at least, strange. Two stops from Independence Avenue, near the National Library, military school. Tourists and international students can come in, but we don't even have a proper toilet. And I'm also keeping silent about pregnant women and people with limited mobility.

I really miss the covered stops at trolleybuses 35 and 38, instead of a lonely bench, there is nowhere to hide and sit down in the rain. If you hide under a canopy around the corner, you can skip boarding your route because you can't see around the corner when the transport is approaching and boarding begins (at a time when commuter transport has such stops.

A nice, inexpensive and cozy dining room. But on the street, shelters are open, sold by all winds, sun and rains. There are few benches. The lighting of the bus stop is weak. The toilet is outside. The tiles at the station are chipped, why not asphalt the entire territory and the car road. There is no masterly attitude. The cash register is constantly working alone and smells of sour borscht inside!!

Only sometimes a completely finished bus goes on the Minsk -Rodniky2 route. Once we drove around the city for an hour in the heat. The bus was constantly stalling.

Good evening, I really want to leave a review specifically at the Slavinsky bus station. We were with the child on 06/07/2024 at this station, we were going to Borisov. The child and I wanted to use the toilet near the station, the toilet is open until 19.00, and at the bus station itself the toilet is open until 21.00. We were at 20.00, of course the toilet is not there, it does not work there. A woman was sitting behind a closed cash register, shouted that they were not working, I asked where to get the key to the toilet, of course, silence in response. On the other hand, the buffet was being cleaned, I went there and asked how to get to the toilet, they told me not how, the toilet does not work. The question is for whom it is written on the door that the toilet is open from 06.00-21.00. So I want to get an answer where should I take the child and go to the toilet myself, in the middle of the bus station?
