Today, 06/02/2021 at the Polyclinic stop on Simonov Street, I entered the bus with my young grandson without a number, with the inscription "To the garage". The bus started moving towards Schmidt Ave. and since there was no conductor in the cabin, I went to get a ticket from the driver. She handed over the money and asked the question: "Which route will we take to the garage? On Pushkin Ave., or on Schmidt Ave.?" Naive... The response of the driver, Igor Vladimirovich Streltsov (as it was written on the driver's cabin), was categorical and brief - "Straight!" I took the ticket and asked for clarification again. The answer was the same-"Straight!" The bus was rushing to the garage as if on fire and braked sharply at the traffic light of Schmidt Ave. Of course, I didn't have time to sit down on the seat or grab the handrail. Of course I fell! And it's good that it's successful, without a hip fracture. At the Yasen bus stop, the driver flew into the cabin in the same way as he was driving the bus and, in raised tones, rudely began a dialogue with me with the question: "Oh, what are you falling down here? No one fell, you're the only one! Are we calling an ambulance? Not only did you come into conflict with me while driving, but you also threaten to write a complaint. I stopped the bus smoothly, what are your complaints about me?" All my words, arguments, explanations and remarks about how it really happened hung in the air. Having secured the passenger's phone number as a witness to what happened, the bus driver loudly declared that he was his own BOSS !!!, got behind the wheel and really drove the bus smoothly, slowing down and stopping at stops, traffic lights and pedestrian crossings. Dear management of the Mogilev branch of the Bus Park No. 1 of the Mogilevoblavtotrans AAT, I understand that it is too late to re-educate a boorish, arrogant, overgrown driver, but it is worth telling him how to behave with an elderly person in the workplace!
