Hello, I want to tell you my dissatisfaction, I can't wait for my bus number 16 in any way, today at the Indonesian highway stop at 11:14 the bus did not arrive at all, only arrived at 11:49 I am outraged and even today at 21:17 at the Zoo stop, the bus number 16 did not arrive either, I just did not I am happy with your bus fleet and your drivers, I wish that the buses always arrive on time if they do not arrive on time, I will do everything to close your Bus fleet.😡😡😡👿👿👿

08/13/2024, I looked at the schedule of bus number 10 on the Internet from the stop on TAVLAYA Street, the last bus was supposed to arrive at 21.50 and go along its route, but the bus without a number came to the stop at 21.50, but with a sign "To the GARAGE", bus number 10 did not come!!!! Why is there no order, and for what reason did the bus not go on its route??? What a mess, just an outrage!!!
