Hello! I am a regular customer of STO 710. And I decided to write on my own behalf. Without relying on other reviews. One day, when I arrived at the service station for the first time, I found myself in a shift where masters Yuri, Alexander and Alexey work. After explaining the problems with the car, I received a high-quality diagnosis. They gave me answers to all my questions. All the "old" parts that were changed were returned to me. And if you have any questions about cars, I feel free to contact the guys, because I know that they will help you quickly and will not deceive you. They won't look askance or worry about my safety on the road. Professionals in their field, who still need to be looked for. But I would like to mention the master Alexander and the mechanic Artem. It's like Chip and Dale, who are always rushing to the rescue. By the will of fate, my car came under their care. And there have never been any problems after the repair. And I'm relieved that I've finally found a team that I'm sure will help and solve my car problems. After my last visit to the service station, I was very upset that the guys are now working in different shifts. And how can you separate "Chip and Dale"?! It's not the same anymore.... (And I've already marked their shift in the calendar for the whole year ahead, so that I know when to come for diagnostics and possible repairs before a long trip. And I recommended these polite and attentive guys to my clients. In no case am I writing that the other shift is somehow worse or better. Each person has his own. This is a purely personal review of mine. And, I really hope that the management does not just read reviews, but hears their direct regular visitors, their requests and acts purely in the interests of their customers. After all, satisfied customers are the key to successful business prosperity. Especially in a small city with a lot of competition. I wish ONE HUNDRED 710 satisfied customers, prosperity and the reunion of a real team of professionals in their field! P.S. the review has not been paid, they did not promise a discount. We did a good job. I liked the result. The timing belt was replaced with a Nissan Primera P11. A minus star for the fact that I had to tighten the alternator belt myself. It is not known why it was delayed. Although the power steering belt is stretched well to this day. A minus star for the approach to clients of the senior acceptance master Alexey. Firstly, I specified the wrong mileage in the order (543 xxx instead of 453 xxx, I already doubted myself where I managed to roll 90,000 km in a couple of days!!!???) and the wrong VIN number. Secondly, he did everything hurriedly and as if: "Hey, you, with the old Fitting, wait, I'm right now!" Thirdly, only the timing belt was specified for the spare parts I did not buy, and the power steering belt and the Patron cleaner were also in the order (in general, I paid 44 rubles more, but according to STB 1175-2011, I have the right to reimburse me and not pay for extras that were not agreed with me). Conclusion: the mechanics work well, but the service of the maintenance masters is lame (the fish rots from the head ...) Therefore, 5+1 and total 3.
