The worst trip of my life! The trip did not take place due to the negligence of the employee, neither the car number nor the driver were sent on time, we searched for an hour for a non-existent transport vehicle by the number on the ticket. When we barely found each other an hour later, the dispatcher on the phone said that we now have to pay for the paid trip using the card in cash. I did not have such cash, the trip did not take place. They stopped answering the phone, of course no one returns the money, they blamed me for everything, why I was out of touch. I am without a Georgian SIM card, but other drivers of the station tried to help and called them to the help line indicated on the ticket, they did not get through. If they had sent me the driver's phone number, I would have found an opportunity to call him. We searched for a car for an hour, we had a sunstroke with a disabled mother.No one even apologized. I have never seen more non-professional work as a translator and greater impunity. Do not use the services of this company.

The worst trip in my life!!
First, the flight was canceled and forced to wait 2 hours for a replacement!!
The driver put 8 people and a child in a squeaky minibus, made 10 stops for a trip to Tbilisi, constantly changed something from those things with which his car was clogged!!
Instead of the promised 5 hours, it took 8!!!
