I would like to say only words of gratitude to this service center. I had to turn to Volkswagen V3 car repair, everything was replaced quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Master Artyom, in order to finish everything, he even had to stay late after his working hours. Everything is thought out for the convenience of customers, there is a waiting room with TV and Wi-Fi, tea and coffee are offered, there is a gazebo in the courtyard, the territory is well-groomed and clean. I had to apply for their services, and immediately upon acceptance of the car I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service. Andrey is a sociable, endearing specialist. I contacted by phone with a request to "change" the tires on the car without an appointment. The dispatcher guaranteed that they would be able to find an opportunity to do this work, despite the fact that there are many people who want to receive the same service in late autumn. Indeed, upon arrival, they quickly took the car to work. At this time, they offered to spend a pleasant time in the guest room watching the desired programs on TV, drinking hot tea or coffee. The work on replacing tires was done efficiently, along the way, diagnostics of the chassis and other elements of the car were performed (I will not repeat which ones, since I am not an expert in this matter), recommendations were given to eliminate the shortcomings that were found. The dispatcher was polite, friendly and at the same time, unobtrusive. The cost of services was generally very pleased (I compared it with prices in the capital, and I am a Minsk resident, and I did not regret that I turned here). I recommend it to everyone! All good time of the day! I want to thank the staff of the service station for their excellent approach to work and professionalism. It so happened that after arriving at the Silichi ski resort, the engine in the car jammed, the car had to be evacuated to the AVTOGRAD service station, because the other service stations that we called refused to take up work – it was already December 27 and no one wanted to take on long-term work. I will add an important point that our family is from another city and we really wanted to get home for the New Year and not leave a bunch of things in a faulty car for a long time and get, respectively, from Logoisk to Minsk, and from there by train. So, the staff of this service station made every effort to get into our position: they ordered spare parts themselves (including the engine!) for the car and organized their delivery from reliable suppliers, stayed to work after hours and constantly kept informed about the progress of repairs. Thanks to the guys, we not only made it in time for the New Year, but most importantly, we arrived in our car with a full trunk of things and good impressions of the holiday.

I got acquainted with this ONE HUNDRED and two weeks ago. It was the 5th station in Logoysk, where I was still accepted and provided a service for changing winter into summer (the rest either have a record, or "at meane abed at once, praz a couple of gadzin pryazzhayte" :) I was really surprised: firstly, the kindness of the receptionists, when they address you by your first name, offer tea / coffee in the recreation room and tell you not to be shy, secondly, the neatness and well-grooming of both the service station itself and the entire surrounding area, including the gazebo placed on it for waiting (just super) and thirdly, customer orientation (in my case, when the master drove the car into the box, I noticed that one stop light was off. He asked to replace the light bulb. They did not refuse, they did everything without any problems). An hour later, I was already on my way to the fazenda, satisfied ;) Situation #2 is even more revealing. A week later, I rushed back from Minsk to the country. Already on the road (closer to Logoisk), I noticed that the brake pedal began to fail, realized that something was wrong and stopped by on the way to the guys. He explained that yes, how. They immediately suspected that there was a break in the brake tubes somewhere (the liquid in the tank was leaving), took my phone number, said they would try to find a "window" for repair and call me back. That's exactly what happened. On Saturday evening I drove the car, on Sunday morning after the inspection they called me, confirmed the suspicions about these brake tubes (rotted), agreed on the preliminary cost of repair and got down to business. After lunch, I already picked up the car and was extremely surprised that the payment was 100 rubles less than the previously stated amount. Again, happy as an elephant, I went with my family to Minsk. If it weren't for the guys, I'm even afraid to imagine how much a tow truck would cost me)) In general, once again, many thanks to all the craftsmen and locksmiths for the attitude and the work done. The family was returning home to St. Petersburg from a trip to Belarus. There were problems with the rear support in the car. Everything happened on the highway. I had to stop by Logoisk. Avtograd turned out to be the only service station that accepted us at all. All the other stations where we were actually did not even try to get to the bottom of the problem. Отличное сто ездил к ним чтобы они отрегулировали схождение колёс passat b5. Сделали всё чётко.Удобное расположение, современная мастерская, есть зона ожидания можно при желании попить чай,кофе и посмотреть телевизор есть бесплатный вай-фай. Особая благодарность мастеру Антону даже в Минске не смогли так отрегулировать схождение машина едет ровно. Вообщем всем советую

В самом начале нашего путешествия на рыбалку случилось ЧП - сильно нагрелся диск заднего колеса. Ближайшее СТО оказалось в Логойске и сейчас, я понимаю, нам очень крупно повезло, что мы выбрали Автоград. Машина сразу была поставлена на подъемник, а нам любезно предложили кофе-чай. Не прошло и часа, как поломка была устранена, заодно ребята устранили еще пару мелких неисправностей. Ремонт нам обошелся чуть ли не в два раза дешевле, чем если бы мы его делали в столице. Да и сама СТО очень аккуратная, одно удовольствие иметь дело с такими замечательными мастерами. Вы спасли нашу рыбалку!

Был проездом в логойске и при парковке об бордюр сломал глушитель, ехать было не возможно, особенно быстро, позвонил во многие сто и приняли меня только в сто автоград, к слову было уже 19.10 по времени, сделали временный ремонт и я поехал в тишине и спокойствии, ключевое в данной ситуации, с меня не взяли ни рубля

Получиля неприятный случай перелил масло случайно , обратился в единственный в Логойске работающий в воскресенье сто ,и что вы думаете не смотря на мольбы о помощи меня послали , хочу их поблагодарить надеюсь там работают профессионалы
О помощи на дороге а я ехал в Минск из Витебска ,они не неслышали.

Не знаю кто пишет эти отзывы, либо боты либо сами сотрудники данного СТО,но на деле пригнал им машину, они двое суток не могла найти причину и плюс к этому спалили стартер и ещё потребовали 350р за его замену. Благо разобрались и за стартер не платили, но 120р за "диагностику" заплатили.

Последние несколько лет предпочитаю это СТО из-за высокого уровня обслуживания и внимания к клиенту. После ремонта ни разу не возвращался для устранения недоделок.
Но не ожидайте, что будет дешево.
Из минусов: ограниченные возможности в диагностике авто

Добрый день. Давно не посещал это место. Сегодня приехал переобуться. Был приятно удивлён. Внешний вид изменился самого СТО, на территории порядок, вроде бы как и мелочь, но о многом говорит. Внутри, как обычно, свободных мест нет. Но пошли навстречу, обслужили, причём на должном уровне. Техпаспорт и ключики забрали, сказали погулять. Пришёл, всё сделано, зимние шины в пакетах, в багажнике, расчитался, предложили свои услуги на будущее. Коллектив немногословный, но доброжелательный. А главное, всё сделали аккуратно. Как-то даже по-европейски. Спасибо всем. При необходимости заеду ещё.
