2 stars only for the interior and excellent waiters . But they obviously do not know how to cook here, although the menu does not have such a large selection of dishes as in other establishments... We visited the institution on March 8. We didn't book a table in advance, we were lucky enough to sit at an empty one. A lot of tables were in reserve, which is understandable - it's a festive day. The menu was served to us by a man when they had already settled down at a table, but the girl was already taking the order. That is, it is not clear who the waiter is. Looking ahead, we were served by a girl all the time, but the check was in the name of a male employee. It seemed to be a formality, but the situation remained unclear. The order consisted of 4 items: black leaf tea, cappuccino, pancakes with strawberry puree and pancakes with chicken. Hot drinks were served quickly. Lump sugar, although at the present time I personally prefer individually packaged: I do not put sugar, and suddenly these pieces, which were on a saucer in the hall for an hour, will be served again to other customers. The aroma of tea sharply hit the nose with a clove. It is worth noting that the waiter did not specify the presence/absence of an allergic reaction to the spice. We waited 40 minutes for the hot stuff. I repeat, many tables are in reserve, and have not yet been serviced. We waited 40 minutes for pancakes! There is a lot to serve hot, because hot is given within 30 minutes. And if there is an ambush in the kitchen, you need to warn the client about it. The long-awaited hot... According to the taste sensations, the pancakes have already been cooked earlier and simply fried, sticky-paste, rather oily, fatty. Although, I won't even say that the dishes were served warm enough. The chicken is "rubber". Pancakes with sweet strawberry puree are sprinkled with powdered sugar - a lot of sweetness.

Today at around 15.30 we came to this "restaurant", we wanted to have a snack on waffles and drinks. We go in, we stand in the center of the hall, the administrator at the bar. We found ourselves an empty table with dirty plates. I look at the receptionist, but he hasn't moved. I come up myself and ask to remove it from the table, because we plan to sit down. The receptionist announces to me that there are no tables available. I point to my find, but it turns out that we can't be seated at it, because there aren't enough chairs for everyone. I look around, really, one chair at a double table. There were also reserved empty ones with chairs set up to them. I have a question: do we have a huge shortage of chairs? Is this an unsolvable problem? And the administrator should not ensure the seating of the guests, or should the guests themselves beg for free tables? What kind of service is this??? We really like desserts here, but this is the second time when there are free tables and no chairs (for the first time the situation was in August of the same year on the balcony). Most likely, we won't come here next time. The attitude is too boorish. The manager has something to work on.
