Terrible car service. I applied for a replacement of the rear left hub on a Vesta Cross car. We discussed everything on the phone and agreed on it. I went especially for them and bought the part myself. I dialed it again in order to discuss everything and finally confirm our agreement. Everything is OK, everything is in force- I'm out. Upon arrival at the place, I saw a small, actually garage car service in which everything from the gate to the bolt in some kind of box is dirty. I went up to the guys and said that I had called them today. In response, he heard a haughty: "So what?". To put it mildly, he was stunned by this expression, and after receiving an answer from the second "specialist" that he needed to wait 15 minutes, he went into the car. After waiting for another 30 minutes, I decided to come in. The guys hired an old Audi for tire service)naturally, without waiting in line. I am not a proponent of this approach, because I do not know the whole situation, but the sediment remains. Apparently this job is all they're capable of. The guys just pretended that I wasn't there) Okay, I'm leaving and waiting for another 15 minutes. I'm coming back, I'm wondering again, how long to wait? The answer: "How do I know?" To the question: "Who knows?" got something vague I decided to leave. I opened the cards, chose another service, which accepted me without question, having entered the position. As a result: I do not recommend this service. There are open buckets in the boxes. This is probably the profile of this service. Yes, I asked for it urgently. Yes, we have changed the arrangements several times. But- if you don't have time, tell me about it. And don't pretend that the person doesn't exist. I'll never come back under any circumstances.
