I went to this car wash for 7 years. Yes, the guys don't always wash perfectly, but I closed my eyes due to the location.
The last car wash was today, I took the complex for 70 rubles. I drove out of the car wash and felt my hand clinging to scratches when I turned the steering wheel. I stopped and looked - yes, the steering wheel was scratched as if from a vacuum cleaner.
I went back, waited for the administrator, showed what was done, to which I received the answer that it was impossible to do it with anything, including a vacuum cleaner.
10 minutes of conversation, no specifics were received, the administrator said one thing: should I give you a discount? That's not how customer orientation looks to me. The sink is not responsible.
As a result, you pay for the complex, you get a car with damaged leather on the steering wheel, and they also make you look guilty, as if you decided to get hot.
I don't come here anymore, even though it was convenient to wash cars in my neighborhood.

It wasn't the first time we used the car wash, the advantage was speed, not quality, there were no questions, but I stopped by to "wash"))), (after standing in line for 15-20 minutes), and then the cleaner told me to pay an additional 5 rubles for allegedly heavily soiled wheels, arches (instructions from the manual). Then I have a question for the management, why is this information not listed in the price list? And by the way, the car wash also does not issue a receipt for the provision of services. So if you want to waste your time, welcome, terrible service.

The washing was disgusting! The 91-room complex, which included cleaning inside, trunk, glass inside and wax outside. The whole service is 30 minutes! Guys, you can't do this! We live in this neighborhood, and we've been using the car wash for years, but we haven't had that kind of attitude yet! The windows are all streaked, the mirrors are leaking, and the wheel arches don't look like they've been washed. The door sills and under the trunk lid were not even wiped.
The organizer between the front seats was not wiped. In general, only shoals. Take it expensive, do it accordingly!

Rims , wheels, door arches... I looked at it and asked, "Am I not curious?" - to which I was surprised: "you are not satisfied with something " - of course I am! My arches are leaking, the mirrors are leaking, the wheels and rims are wet. (I have a magic hyundai sonata). As a result, one came, missed the points with a rag and was like, "is that it?" I'm fine. OK. There was no time for a showdown. No more Tula. I do not recommend it. Humanity is extinct. It's stupid who's cooler, richer, that's what we lick, and who's simpler, it'll do anyway. The evil is immeasurable...🤬

I use an automatic car wash regularly, I think it makes no sense to write about the quality of an automatic car wash, but I can say about the programs used that I often order with a car bottom wash, but for some reason sometimes you can really hear how the water washes off the bottom of the car and sometimes never washes.
It seems that the administration is doing well only to raise prices for services, but not the quality of services, today prices have increased significantly at the car wash. I do not recommend it.

Disgusting attitude towards the client!!! We stood in line for a hand wash for 30 minutes. We are waiting to go to the box, and then some friends who are NOT SOBER "allegedly by appointment" arrive and ask to make room for them. We went to check with the administrator, to which he replied that they "well, not exactly by appointment, they will wash themselves." We decided not to use the services of this car wash. Apparently they don't want to earn money, but rather they will wash without waiting in line and for free to their friends, who also swore at us. Having decided to pamper myself and my car, I came to the AvtoKit car wash. I decided to take the full V.I.P complex for 80 rubles: "Protective 3-step washing: contactless body wash, body wash with a protective layer, protective wax, drying + (air), cleaning mats, drying doorways, (blackening) tires.; Cleaning the interior and trunk with a vacuum cleaner, plastic processing special equipment for the interior, processing of leather interior elements, washing windows from the inside, processing discs with special equipment." + polishing of the headlights for 40 rubles.
It costs 120 rubles all together. Thank you for giving me a 10% discount, but now I wonder: would it be better without it? The attached photos show the result of the cleaning, taking into account that he was still doing something. The men washed and discussed what should be done normally, because they saw that I was filming. I'm afraid to imagine how they usually do it, if the result in the photo is normal. Whether this is worth 108 rubles, taking into account the discount, is up to you, but I don't set foot in such a hack anymore. Either take more to do better, or don't do it at all. (It's a pity that you can't ship more than 9 photos, there were problems with the body too...)
