I arrived with the problem of "Knocking and uneven engine operation" after visiting 5 service stations, they couldn't even identify the cause anywhere.
Either "we don't know" or the diagnosis was "Motor replacement" after two weeks of diagnosis.
Master Gennady immediately assumed by ear what the knock was coming from, which turned out to be true. (The other HUNDRED COULDN'T SAY ANYTHING even close to the sound)
In general, this is the best service station that I have visited, and not only in Minsk, people know their job. I advise everyone.

Very good service, responsive people, do and help from the bottom of their hearts. If there are breakdowns in the car, I always turn to them. They can do some small work as a bonus. For example: Unscrew the wheel. (I have met services where they charge money for unscrewing and screwing the wheel, so I unscrewed it myself).

This is the worst place I've been.
It was in October last year.I turned to the MOST IMPORTANT problem TO FIND AND FIX THE OIL LEAK.well, along the way there were other nuances, the passing nuances were eliminated. When I picked up the car, everything was shown dry, beautiful, everything was eliminated.
After a while, and I drove 400 km, I called and said the problem remained (it was leaking anyway) and visually saw that in the area of the turbine (it was flowing there before repair), they answered me so we did nothing in that place.Then I gave the car for painting and there was no time to leave, when I took it from the painting, I called the service station and they didn 't pick up the phone . There is no desire to go there anymore .
result: Hidden additional payments that do not additionally stipulate, Imposing the client for additional work (but let's, and then suddenly, etc., replace parts that do not need to be changed yet) DECEPTION, the service station does not hear the client- they have only money in their eyes.It's sad!!

Bottom line: if you are not used to counting every ruble and are willing to pay a tip from the bottom of your heart - a good hundred, they do it conscientiously.

But I have a simple and very unpleasant story. Which is confirmed by one of the comments. That the guys from this service station are obsessed with money, not customers ....
My car is simple, old, not expensive, 2001. I had to change MY oil, MY filter, MY toplev filter. Them, just the job.
Thanks to them, they had a window and they were ready to take my car during the day. I work not far from them, so it was very suitable for me to leave them in the morning and pick them up by the end of the working day.
The price of 65 rubles was announced .. It's not cheap, but I think it's nearby, convenient, right now. Everything is fine. I drove it. I wrote, as it seemed to me, a standard application. And left the typewriter.
After lunch, the foreman called me and said... "During the filter replacement, a cleaner was needed, as oil was spilled on the engine. And it also needed to replace the copper washer under the drain screw. You have an additional 20p and that's 85p."
I'm certainly not an auto mechanic... But I checked, the ring on my car costs 30 kopecks. And about the engine being doused with oil when replacing the filter, I hear for the first time in 15 years of car ownership.
When I came to pick up the car, I asked why they gave me another 20 rubles. I was poked in the nose, I need to read the contract application where it is written.... "the client should not be informed about additional costs if they do not exceed 15 rubles"
I asked, "what are the additional costs when changing the oil. This is a standard procedure and everyone has a fixed cost for it, "
BUT!!!! I was told! That when replacing the filter on your car, the oil leaked onto the crankcase and an additional filter was needed. And they sold me a can of a watchman for 18 rubles. By the way, he was lying on the front seat)))). And they wanted to sell me a 30-kopeck gasket for 2 rubles. I was a little perplexed and made a slight noise in the office when paying. They wanted to make a fool of me with the whole team, they say, read the contract application. And when in the end I achieved payment by agreement of 65p. I was sent... To the place where I used to be served. And they said... "We hope we won't see you again."

I applied for the first and last time! I called and made an appointment, the next appointment is in three days. I arrived in the morning, 10 minutes before the start of work, I need to fill out the order order manually... the guys don't know that there is a printer and you can print everything!, okay, I filled it out. I warned him that I would be waiting on the spot and asked him to do everything quickly.
After 20 minutes, the master came out and took the keys, another 30 minutes passed, the car was still standing on the street... I waited for 50 minutes, the car was not taken for repair.
There is no Wi-Fi.
The waiting room is also a sofa by the front door.
The passageway - the masters constantly smoke, causing discomfort to non-smoking customers and their employees.

At another service station, we did everything in 40 minutes and cheaper.
