I was also not happy to leave the car on the lift, or it was rolled back when I was waiting for spare parts. They always made concessions, sometimes they did something out of the box, for example, the cable turned sour and the Chinese did not fit, they sawed it, adjusted it and OK. The oil is drained through a stopper, which is also a plus, as for me. There were no particular delays. The disadvantage is that the price is higher, but they also make the services better.
