Frostbitten cleaners who don't give a damn about customers. The "waiting room" is smoky, stinks of sweat and some people are sleeping on the couch.
At the far end of the room is a flophouse room with rows of bunks and sleeping people (probably cleaners). I stopped by by accident - I was passing by, now I recommend passing by to everyone.
