What happened at the car wash in Zhodino, Rokossovskiy str., 9, building 1 is not just poor service, it is an outright DECEPTION and a COMPLETE FAILURE in the service sector! I paid for a "comprehensive car wash", which, in fact, was not carried out. To begin with, I was forced to waste my personal time even before starting "work." My place was taken because of someone's incompetence. There is a record, but there is no order! My time was passing, and the car was standing. What kind of "service" is this?! But the most SHOCKING thing is the result. After a "comprehensive car wash" that allegedly lasted 40 minutes instead of the PROMISED HOUR, they returned the CAR to me, WHICH WAS DIRTY! INSIDE: The windows are not wiped. The panel is covered in dust. It seems that no one even looked into the salon, let alone any cleaning. We vacuumed and partially removed the sand. This is arrogance! 👉 MATS: They're not just wet – they HAVE WATER in them! How is this even possible?! 👉 OUTSIDE: THE BACK OF THE CAR IS DIRTY! Streaks, stains, imperfections – absolutely EVERYWHERE. It was as if the car had just been doused with water and they hadn't even bothered to wipe it. THIS IS NOT A CAR WASH! It's just a pathetic imitation that YOU CHARGE MONEY for! I repeat: THE CAR WAS NOT WASHED! I came to the car wash to get a clean car, but I left with a car that I would have to wash again. It's just a HACK JOB OF THE HIGHEST DEGREE! My money is wasted for NOTHING. In addition to this mayhem, there is a terminal, but it is impossible to pay off! 4 there are no network attempts... You also need to look for an ATM to pay for THIS SERVICE. This is a complete lack of respect for a customer who has already received a car in terrible condition. DON'T BELIEVE the good NOTES here that they write after every bad review AND THE PROMISES OF this car wash in Zhodino! This organization carried out a complete dry cleaning of her husband's car this weekend. For a considerable 250 rubles nowadays! The impressions of the service are disgusting. The interior was cleaned in places. The instrument panel was wiped with some kind of chemistry, which partially washed away the labels from the buttons. A bunch of compartments remained not even open with a thick layer of dust. One curtain was removed from the rear side window and the glass was washed, the other remained untouched. Considering the cost of the service and the time of dry cleaning - two days - it can be concluded that the specialist who carried out the work is poorly qualified or irresponsible. In any case, we will not contact them again. And we do not advise others.
