As a result, the employee removing the remaining moisture came out with a face...... It's like I didn't pay him back......Very sorry. I don't want to come anymore.

At 9:20 on Saturday, we arrived to wash the car before a long trip. There was no queue. There was also no one on the automatic washing line. We stood for a while, there is no one, we drove into the room of the automatic car wash, no one comes up. I got out of the car to find the staff. They were in the next room. I said hello and said, we want to wash the car and then the answer came, "and we want to fix the gate." Of course, it's bad that the gate of the neighboring room has broken, to my next question, how long do I have to wait, I say an hour or two. The guy who initially tried to be rude and replied, maybe the second one says maybe five minutes, maybe half an hour.
And yet, the car wash was, as with the service, there were better employees there.
Such communication with customers in the age of competition is unacceptable!

But then the wrong program was turned on, hang up, go back to manual. As a result, their detergent is universal, as they arrived with midges on the windshield, so they left with them. For the sake of honesty, it is worth saying that there was a crack on the windshield, so, as the specialist explained, he would not clean the midges with water pressure, although he had walked repeatedly before.
As for me, for this cost, there should not be one universal remedy-this is one time. And secondly, before you take money for the service provided, look at the car with your eyes and say that you are not competent in this matter. There will be fewer controversial situations and I, as a client, will go to a place where I will receive a high-quality service.
