My husband arrived and gave the car on Friday by appointment at 9 : 30 to replace the bearings (they work until 20 pm), the bolt was broken, we found them ourselves in the city and brought them at 18 :20 so as not to wait until Monday, they did not give it away that day, on Saturday they wrote all day that the car was in the process of replacement and again They didn't give it away. As a result: on Monday morning, my husband went there and the "oil painting" car WAS JUST REPLACED!!!! 2 working days were lost, customer orientation is 0, it is not clear why they took the car and kept it for 2 days

At the end of the warranty, your car will not be repaired! I called with a question about a malfunctioning starter. They said clearly and clearly on the phone (there is a recording of the conversation) that they would remove the starter and give it to a third-party organization for repair. Upon arrival, a surprise awaited: the starter was only removed and given to the client for repair. Why do I need it? I could have taken it off myself and taken it for repair.
As a result, I lost a week of time. Apparently someone wanted to make money on the left...

I came for the second time in a year for maintenance, the second bearing buzzed and rewired, next time I'll take a tent!!! I waited from 9:00 to 18:00!!! I decided to replace the film with door handles, they said I waited for 30-40 minutes for almost 2 hours!!!
