The staff is not coping with their work. We signed up for suspension diagnostics at 9:00. We arrived at 9:03 and were told that we were late and another car drove in (which in fact has been there since yesterday, since the car is dry and there are no tracks in front of the gate, and it's raining outside) and offered to wait an indefinite amount of time. We don't need such a service.
