We were on a trip to Belarus and not far from Lyakhovich, the tube of the GURU in the Seat Alhambra 2005 broke. In Lyakhovich, we were advised to go to Baranovichi. We arrived late in the evening, decided to give the car to the service station in the morning. Of all the nearby service stations, only the “Main Road” started working at 8 a.m. I had the car repaired in the morning. They warned that they would not deal with her immediately, because there are clients by appointment. They were issued quickly, and got to work an hour after the appointment. They picked up the phone, I took it to the Belpromimpex Baranovichi branch, where it was repaired for me (they charged 120 rubles for repairs). I brought it, they put it back to me. They took 405 rubles for the work. It took all 5 hours in time. There is a comfortable waiting area with a TV and coffee. The repair process can be watched on an online broadcast. After the repair is completed, or changes in time or price, a text message is sent by phone number.

The repair was carried out promptly and after a couple of weeks nothing fell off - therefore, the quality of the work performed is also a plus. The staff is also friendly, answers all your questions. They treat you to coffee and cookies. The only negative is the price. There are no questions about the cost of the work, it is clear that you need to pay for this service and you, as a consumer, have the right to choose a service station according to your price category. But the pricing of spare parts, let's say... A trifle, which, if you buy it yourself in their store, will probably cost 3 times more. And everything seems to be fine, but because of this moment there was some small sediment that does not allow us to evaluate the company by 5 points.

I say, return the money - abruptly "the director left", "we don't decide", "write a complaint", "we need to check"... all despite the fact that they don't just give the job away, without driving themselves, they saw for themselves that the steering wheel is crooked, but still "need to check". They do it twice as well and cheaper in garages. Please, "return the money - I'll go to others, I'll fix it", - "no, we won't give it back, write a complaint", they say. I do not recommend it.
