For some time now, the toilet at the bus station began to work for a fee, but this is half the trouble, when I asked the girl to open it, she refused me, and said that they were already closed, although it was still 5 minutes to the clock. There were still 20 minutes before departure and another hour to go. And how to behave in such a situation. And what kind of human factor can we talk about . They do not want to buy a ticket from the driver, they do not want to open the toilet, the question arises why then a person sits in this place and receives a salary.

Only 1 window, the cashier often goes somewhere, there are a lot of technical breaks, they NEVER take the phone! As a result of the above: if you need to find out about a route, then be prepared to wait a long time or approach several times.
The toilet is just awful...I don't even want to describe it. Chairs in the waiting room were probably put up in the USSR.
