The only advantage is the polite and responsive cashiers. It is very bad, inconvenient and in general, the last century, that it is impossible to order tickets online, since there is no website. It is also impossible to book a ticket by phone, it is not realistic to get through there. Even if by some miracle you managed to book a ticket, you still need to personally go and redeem it.
