I changed the windshield in this organization yesterday (07/31/2024). The staff is generally polite, the prices are tolerable, the replacement work was done normally. In general, everything is quite good and even pleasant. However, such a situation came out: picking up the car after repair, when examining my glass, a barely noticeable defect was found, thin as a hair and about 3-4 cm long on the glass, reflecting with the staff what kind of marriage it was, they did not come to a consensus. Whether it's true that a piece of hair got there at the factory, or a micro scratch, or something else, that's not the point. Literally after 5-10 minutes of discussions on how to proceed, the team offered several solutions to the problem, agreed on this: I paid for the work, since there were 0 claims to it, they did fine, and they returned the money for the windshield - the entire amount!!! Once again, the defect is so minor that I consider it a big plus of this organization! The guys did well, everything was very loyal, they made contact, were interested in solving the problem and decided! In general, I consider what happened to be a plus of the company, not a minus, because I have seen different things and of the many similar situations in which I have been, this reaction is far from the worst. In short, the company is a joint, admitted, went to the meeting, also promptly, did not have to swear, call for months or worse. I can say that if I have to change the windshield again in my life, I will go to them, because I consider it a sign of good taste that even if there was a problem, people were interested in helping me solve it, which means that if God forbid something goes wrong again, then in this organization I at least they will go to a meeting!

They do very well according to reviews, but my experience is not very good, I called them, they did not want to take my car to install the old one, but I think at least I will buy it, I called in the morning before leaving, agreed on the purchase, clarified the availability, said come there is glass, I came from another city, but there is no glass in the program but in fact, no, so I went home without glass. By the way, I did it in 2 hours in another place.
