They broke an expensive spare part, they didn't admit it, they said it was broken. It wasn't broken, though. The car is kept at a service station for an unreasonably long time. Spare parts are not returned after replacement, the question is whether they change them. If you are a woman, you will be fooled from all sides.

Guys, go around this hundred. Believe me, there is a lot better in this city, but not to them. They do terrible things and move out of their duties, they don't answer the phone. And I don't want to go to them anymore. There's only one specialist there who's normal, but not the best. And the owner is generally terrible.

Questionable service, starting with diagnostics, ending with a preliminary appointment for repairs. I turned to this service station because of a strange knocking in the area of the front axle of the car. During the diagnostic process, the ball and steering tips were sentenced to be replaced. They signed up for repairs. Later it turned out that this knock was caused by a burst front stabilizer bar, which the "professionals" from the service station simply did not notice during diagnosis. In the end, I decided to repair them anyway, because next to the house. When I arrived on the appointed day, the service station employee said that I was not on the list of those recorded. As a result: the breakdown in the car was not determined and was sent with a preliminary appointment.
