The bus station as a bus station is still growing to the European level, but in principle it copes with its task. There is a website, online ticket sales through Privatbank +5% of the cost of the price at the box office. Among the disadvantages, there is actually no waiting room on the ground floor. There is a toilet on the 1st floor, but it is paid at the end of 2019 for 4 UAH. The men's toilet has been renovated, it is pleasant to use the toilets, although I do not know how much it is a minus or a plus. I don't know anything about women :). The surcharge of the bus station for ticket sales services is 10% according to information from the stand. Cash desks accept card payments without problems.
