I made another order for the amount of 680 rubles
There are a lot of spare parts and the manager ordered the wrong bushings.There would be nothing , but ! The girl on Partizanskaya refused to accept the part, referring to a damaged bag in which there was a part without installation defects.
It's not about the money..and in relation to the client .By the way, we have been ordering for 5-6 years in this company.She said that the packaging was not marketable.No one told me about it.The manager said that the part should not have scuffs, cracks and obvious traces of installation, but there was no talk about bags🤣
