As soon as we received the money, without issuing any documents and checks, the complete trash began!!! The promised deadlines are not being met. Quality is generally a separate topic. They haven't even heard of him there! About the whole marriage, which we pointed out to them on the spot when we took away the facades, they argued that this was how it should be: with chips and scratches, non-compliance with linear dimensions and, as a result, violation of the geometry of the parts. All the details are in the photo. They started being rude to our claims. And the head of production and the master stubbornly argued that huge chips of more than 5 mm are the norm and no one has complained about them before us. I don't know why this company takes money from customers? The issue of remaking the marriage began to be resolved only through the leadership, and before that we were very much frayed by nerves, let down by deadlines. They have been painted before in other companies, it has never been worse than here!!!
