The hotel is incredibly beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the area is very pleasant. We always found free sun beds (we were at the hotel from 16.01 to 26.01). The room is clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the food from the hotel is also top notch. The prices for massages at the hotel are not much different from the street establishments. The location of the hotel is excellent, there is everything nearby: massage, 7/11, pharmacies, many cafes, souvenirs, travel agency. In my opinion, the most ideal hotel option is AWA Koh Chang!

The hotel was very disappointing. The rooms are like hospital rooms, the entrance to the sea is a staircase in which waves beat, the water churns into dirty foam. Swimming is not pleasant. We were terribly bitten by strange insects during the week of our arrival, all the wounds were festering and itching. We still did not understand who it was. They were not allowed to park the bike at the hotel. There is no parking for residents. The only advantage is that the rooms are cleaned every day.

An excellent hotel of good European level, a beautiful design project, huge rooms, excellent service, the staff tries hard, decent breakfast and always fresh fruits, papaya is especially sweet and juicy. The hotel has its own large territory with tall beautiful palm trees on the shore, especially impressive, we traveled all over the island - this is the only beach! Especially pleasant evenings, live music, dancing right on the sand, tables are set right by the sea , romance, I recommend it for a couple or for a family with children!
