We were here with a guide during an excursion to the Princes' Islands, an interesting place. I was attracted to the fact that the church, which is familiar to Russians, as well as classrooms, a library, and other facilities are in the same building. In Russia, the church always stands apart. The territory is very beautiful, as is the whole island, however. The history of the place is rich, look at how the temple looked before, on the layout (attached photo).

This is the 3rd peninsula of the 4 main islands of Adalar. It's nice to take a walk, there are fewer people than on the 4th island (Buyukada). Previously, the monastery was freely accessible, now there are certain opening hours. It is open until 12:30 in the morning. If you start from the Kabotazhnykh pier at 10 a.m., you will be on the island by about 11:30 a.m. and there will be enough time to go up to the building, look around and take pictures before 12:30 p.m. Now it is neither a monastery nor a school. There are a couple of open classes for inspection. In November 2025, the adjacent territory was renovated. If you go through the "school" through and through, you end up in a cozy Orthodox church. I recommend visiting if you have already been to Buyukada.

I didn't see anything interesting at all. There is a beautiful building outside, a beautiful garden. There are repairs inside and you can't go anywhere, and there's nowhere else to go. Log in by filling out the visitors' book.
